Reviewing Questions
After the sourcing period, it’s time to review the question list. Reviewing comprises of making sure the list is clean (no duplicates), questions are properly grouped, and evaluating if anything is missing given the problem statement. A thorough review enhances the quality of your exploration and sets the foundation for effective problem-solving.
We have several features that help make this step a breeze:
AI Review
Lean on Ritual Intelligence to help clean up a large question list.
Select the questions you’d like AI to help review.
Take a breather while Ritual Intelligence reviews the selected questions.
Here you see a list of questions with some labels attached.
- Move: This question previously was grouped under a different matter.
- Merge: Merge means the question was merged with another question because they were very similar.
- Refine: Refine means question was rephrased to improve clarity.
- Undo: Tapping on the label at any time will undo. Once you’re satisfied with the list, tap on Save.
Expand, Refine Questions
Expand will surface related questions for any questions you believe requires deeper exploration. Use this feature to surface up knownable unknowns.
Move a question by dragging and dropping it to another matter or to drop zone for a new matter.
Can also move question by selecting the target matter. This comes in handy when the question list is very long.
Review Matters
Tap directly on the matter name to edit or have Ritual Intelligence suggest an alternative matter.
You can delete a matter by tapping here. All questions grouped under the matter will also be removed.
